Welcome to Pinteresse. By using our Pinterest management services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided
Pinteresse offers Pinterest management services, including but not limited to account setup and optimization, content creation and curation, strategy development, Pinterest management, SEO and keyword optimization, and analytics reporting. The details of the services provided will be specified in each service agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for the execution of services. Pinteresse is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.Clients must also comply with Pinterest’s terms of use and community guidelines. Pinteresse is not liable for any penalties or suspensions resulting from the client’s violation of Pinterest’s policies.

3. Payment & Billing
Payment terms will be outlined in the client’s service agreement. Payments are due according to the agreed schedule. If payments are not made in a timely manner, Pinteresse reserves the right to suspend or cancel services until payment is received.

4. Confidentiality
Pinteresse will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without prior consent, except when required by law. However, clients must be aware that Pinterest’s platform terms and conditions govern data shared within the platform.

5. Service Modifications & Termination
Pinteresse reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. If services are modified, clients will be informed in advance. Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party is in breach of these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability
Pinteresse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service causing the issue.

7. Intellectual Property
Any custom content created for clients, such as pin designs, strategy documents, and reports, are the intellectual property of Pinteresse unless otherwise agreed. Clients may use these materials solely for their own business purposes.

8. Client Feedback & Revisions
Clients are encouraged to provide feedback during the course of service delivery. Any requests for revisions or modifications to the work will be addressed as per the client’s agreement.

9. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Pinteresse harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the services, including any violations of Pinterest’s policies or third-party rights.

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of The Netherlands.

11. Agreement Modifications
Pinteresse reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. All updates will be posted on the website, and clients will be notified of any substantial changes.
